I’m Audrey Stevens, an Indianapolis wedding coordinator who specializes in creating organized, stress-free celebrations where couples can focus on what truly matters: soaking in every laugh, every happy tear, and every unforgettable moment.

With years of experience in event management, venue operations, and wedding coordination, I understand that a beautiful wedding day is about far more than décor and details. It’s about thoughtful planning, seamless timelines, strong vendor communication, and having someone calm and experienced behind the scenes making sure everything comes together.

Before becoming a full-time wedding coordinator, I spent years working in the hospitality and events industry, giving me a unique perspective into what it takes to create exceptional guest experiences. I know the questions to ask, the details couples often overlook, and how to navigate the unexpected moments that can arise on a wedding day.

My approach is simple: I take care of the logistics so you can be fully immersed in the celebration you’ve spent months (or years) dreaming about.

From building timelines and coordinating vendors to managing the behind-the-scenes details that guests never see, I’m there to ensure your wedding day feels effortless, organized, and uniquely yours.

As a writer, I’ve always believed in the power of a great story.
